RESERVATION & HOTEL INQUIRIES

 

Check-In and Departure Time

• The official check-in time for all our dear valued guests is 1500Hrs onward

• Earlier check in can arrange with management base on room availability but can cannot be guarantee unless prepaid for.

• The Official Check-out time 1030Hrs of the departure date,

• Guest may leave luggage with the Hotel and collected later.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

• All children are welcome to Yushili Hotel Kololo Kampala

• A child age 0 – 6 years stays for free using existing bed in the room share with parent or a child cot / crib of single occupancy may be provided on prior arrangement, while Older children are charge 100% of an agreed room rate per night per person as there is no space for extra beds in all room.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Bookings

All the reservation that reduced in the length of stays are subjected to cancellation and no SHOW FEES as below:

• If reservation is cancelled 7 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged.

• If reservation is cancelled 48 Hrs before arrival date, a 10% of the total price will be charged.

• If reservation is cancelled in less than 24 hours before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• If reservation is cancelled late on arrival date say 1Hrs to check in time or failure to show up at all will earn a no-show charge of the total price of reserved rate for the first night will be charged in full.

• All reservation cancellation must be address in writing to Hotel official  email

Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings

If three or more rooms are reserved, the booking is considered a group Reservations.

• If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

• If cancelled within 7 up to 20 days before date of arrival, a 50% fee will be charged.

• If cancelled within 1 up to 6 days before the date of arrival, 80% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• If cancelled late or a no-show, the total rate of the reservation first night will be charged

• All reservation cancellation must be communicated in writing to Hotel email.

Deposit Payment

• Advance Payment can be made through a Bank transfer to our USD account

• All payment is received at Check-in by the Cashier at receptions in either cash or Credit Cards like Visa, Master, Maestro and Union Pay but NOT Amex and Dinners.

• All guests Refunds will be done through the same channel as per the payment made.

• Management keep your reservation for 3 working days if you book online and Guests can pay with a bank transfer. Proof of payment should be sent by email in this period.

• The Fund transfers Cost of deposit payments into the USD or UGX account in Uganda from a Guests bank account outside Uganda will be met by the Client during transfers.
